The purpose of the Municipal Employees’ Federation shall be to improve the wages, hours and working conditions of its members; to promote their intellectual, social, and economic welfare; and to represent its membership in disputes with their employers.

The duty of this organization shall be to engage in activities that include, but are not limited to:
