The City of Peoria is in the process of developing a new Consolidated Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Partnership Investment Program and the City's General Fund Not-For-Profit grant funds.

The Plan will cover the 2015 - 2019 period and will identify the City's priorities for allocating these grant funds to residents needs. The city encourages the public to provide input on desired programs and activities for the use of these funds. A survey has been created to obtain input on critical needs in the community. The survey can be taken online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BBBDP5C. Copies of the survey are also available at the Peoria Main Library and the Peoria Community Center.
